Can I use all 6 outputs on the back of my K2000 separately?

Almost...
You can use the 2 pairs of A and B outs and make each one of those be a separate MONO out, but the main mix OUT will always be a Stereo Pair... and remember, if you are using the A and B outs, there are no effects applied, becuase the effects chip of the K2000 series is routed to the Main Mix Output bus.
