It is a known bug that performing real-time recording with the Record Quantize turned on can cause some notes to be recorded as "stuck". This usually only happens if you are holding a note when the Patterns loops back to its beginning, and should be fixed in the next OS. Also, playing the pads on a Track that is playing back notes that were previously recorded into the Pattern can occasionally cause stuck notes to occur.
