1)Go to your Basics menu, and click on Edit Free MIDI configuration
2) when your current FreeMIDI configuration pops up, go in the File pulldown menu
3) click on Preferences
4) make sure the allow interapplication MIDI box is checked
5) close FreeMIDI, and go back to DP. SampleTank should now show up as one of the possible output choices
