Logic CONTROL does not recognize automatically with my MTPAV?
A:
There are 2 main things that need to be in place before you can use
LOGIC Control with Logic - 1) You must be using the updated LOGIC 5.1 (which comes as an update CD in the box of LOGIC control) 2) and you must use an EMAGIC Midi device ... NOTE: at the current time, LOGIC control cannot be seen or detected in OMS or Freemidi. SO none of the USB midi devices will work with this product. Logic is working on this as we speak but the MIDI timing that is needed to run LOGIC control could not be effectively handled in OMS so they chose to stick to their own MIDI protocol (Active Midi Transmission) Which is where they got the name for their MIDI device the AMT-8
