Where can I get operating system updates for my Tascam MX2424?
A:
There are two ways: Contact Tascam and send them the SmartMedia card which came with your MX2424. They will put the latest operating system software on it and send it back to you free of charge. Or, you can use a SmartMedia reader for your computer to download the software from their website and put it on the card yourself.
