Q:
I can't get Cakewalk 9's demos to play sound on my Aardvark sound card. What's wrong?
A:
Most of Cakewalk's demo files are midi files, and contain no audio. Aardvark cards do not have a midi synth on-board, and will not directly play MIDI files. You will need to use a SoundBlaster-compatable card or a MIDI keyboard hooked to the MIDI jacks on your Aardvark to play these demos.
