MAC: Crackling in audio (Ethernet)

Description:
When using EMI 2|6 there is sporadic crackling in the audio output.

Explanation:
On certain Macs the ethrtnet driver of MacOS 9.x (Apple Enet) might cause a conflict with USB audio.

Suggestion:
Please deactivate AppleTalk and set TCP/IP from Ethernet to e.g. PPP.

Remark:
If the TCP/IP control panel only offers the options Ethernet and AppleTalk the TCP/IP control panel must be removed from the control panels folder and the computer must be restarted.
