M/W: Step input: lengthening notes by pressing sustain doesn´t work

Description:
Logic 5 in step edit mode: pressing TAB or the sustain pedal while holding down a note on the MIDI keyboard does not lengthen the note by the selected value. This was standard in previous versions of Logic.
