Q:
Optional/Custom Clock/Sample frequencies for the Aardsync II
A:
Below is a list of the custom frequencies that we can provide on the AardSync II. This is a great feature for larger video post production & film houses that commonly get in PAL or NTSC audio for video projects where they may need a 'double' pull-up or pull-down, where they need to apply both the .01% and the 4% pull-up or pull-down at the same time to keep the previously recorded audio in sync with the video.
Please note that 50.050 is already included in the PRG position (program) of the AardSync II sample rate switch. These custom frequencies will be programmed in the 32 kHz position unless otherwise noted. AardSync custom frequencies: 50.05000000 kHz - NTSC & PAL PULL-UP of 48 kHz (Already included in PRG position) 46.03396603 kHz - NTSC & PAL PULL-DOWN of 48 kHz 45.98343750 kHz - NTSC & PAL PULL-UP of 44.1 kHz 42.29370629 kHz - NTSC & PAL PULL-DOWN of 44.1 kHz
