Whenever I try and upgrade the Operating system of my PC2 series product... (using a CAKEWALK product) I get an error and it stops

Per Kurzweil,

The CAKEWALK brand sequencing software has some incompatibility with the way the sysex information is transferred, therefore it can not transfer the OS update properly.
