Q:
Why do I sometimes get an error message that simply reads "A bad one" when I launch my Midiman M-Audio Delta Control Panel in Windows?
A:
This error typically means there are remnants of an older driver in your system. Go to Midiman's website (midiman.com) and select download, select your product and operating system, then make sure to check the "Show beta / previous drivers" button. Download the uninstaller and the newest driver.
