If you want the sample (loop,hit,whatever...) available on D3 in the SAME samplevoice:

Use copy keybank. Sampling-Job-Keybank-Copy and copy to the SAME waveform no, but change the destination keybank to D3.

The original key parameter will be changed to D3 when the copy is made, so the pitch will be the same
