Currently, they are all VST compatible in Windows 98se, ME, 2000, and XP. You'll probably need version 3.5 of your plugin to be VST compatible, but you'll want to get the newest version anyway because of the redesigned processing engine which achieves higher efficiency and lower CPU load.
