Yes. The AardSync II will lock to video black that it receives on its BNC video input. The "Video In" LED on the front panel of the AardSync II will indicate the presence of a video signal on the input. The "System Lock" LED will indicate a successful lock and the frame rate (50, 59.94 or 60) LED will indicate the frame rate received.
