Q:
How do the multi-function faders work?
A:
The multi-function faders work in three different modes. To access each mode, simply select the mode or 'bank’ using the FADER BANK menu located on the left side of the console. It is not necessary to 'save’ or use a snapshot when setting levels in each mode. Each bank will retain their position when changing between modes.
* Mic/Line - in this mode, the 16 channel faders control mic/line inputs, while the rotary knobs provide control for tape returns. * Tape - in this mode, the 16 channel faders control the tape return levels, while the rotary knobs provide control for mic/line. * Master - in this mode, channel faders 1-8 control Group 1-8 Output, 10-13 control Aux Master, and 14-15 FX Send levels.
