All of the lights on the front of the Mbox are lit up solid, and Pro Tools LE will not recognize that it is connected.

This indicates that the Mbox is in Firmware Update mode, and is waiting for the Firmware Update file to be executed. If this should occur, please contact Tech Support (or check the download page) to obtain the latest update file.
