Q:
My wireless Sennheiser system has drop outs/poor range/mutes. What’s wrong?
 
A:
The squelch threshold may be set to high(20 to 40dB). Typical setting is 5 to 15 dB, any higher will reduce range ( see owners manual, page 71).
