Yes. If you are running Pro Tools simultaneously, you will want to set Soft SampleCell to Direct Connect (SampleCell menu > Soft SampleCell Setup menu > click on Direct Connect), then in your Pro Tools session create a new Auxiliary Track and select the Soft SampleCell plug-in in the Inserts area. If you are not running Pro Tools, set Soft SampleCell to Direct I/O (SampleCell menu > Soft SampleCell Setup menu > click on Direct I/O).
