Can I use digital cables that were wired for Yamaha 02R or Akai DD-8, for my 192 I/O AES Connections?

No. 02R and DD-8 cables are wired differently from the digital cables that are needed for the 192 I/O and 192 Digital I/O. Check the 192 1/O Guide for a pin out diagram.
