Q:
Problems mounting or playing back from wide drives in narrow enclosures connected to a ATTO HBA.
A:
There have been reports of issues using wide SCSI drives in narrow enclosures when connected to a wide SCSI HBA. This configuration does not comply to proper SCSI specification and should normally not be used. (wide enclosures with wide drives would be preferred) However, if this is not possible, ATTO firmware 1.63a1 can be used on ATTO HBA cards as a work around.
