Q:
How does running Propellerheads Reason in Cakewalk Sonar with Rewire affect CPU performance? Does it take more resources to run both than one at a time?
A:
Yes- it seems to take much more CPU horsepower to run Reason in Sonar with Rewire, but it still should run smoothly.

My audio is dropping out when using Propellerheads Reason and Cakewalk Sonar with Rewire, even though the CPU meters do not show heavy CPU use. What's wrong? I am using the S/PDIF output on my GNX-3 to my computer's sound card. I can't hear my recorded tracks, what happened? |
