Q:
Can I make an audio metronome in Cakewalk Sonar to hear out my audio card's output?
A:
The built-in metronome has only two options: PC speaker (the internal 2.5" speaker inside your computer) or MIDI click. The MIDI click can only be directed to an external keyboard / module, and cannot be used with a DirectX Instrument (DXI). However, you can download a metronome DirectX plugin at www.thedirectxfiles.com which should do the trick.
