Do the Native Instruments bundled with the Digidesign DIGI001 Pro Tools work with Pro Tools 5.1.1 for Windows 98/ME or 5.3.1 for Windows XP?

No- Neither Pro Tools nor Native Instruments support Direct Connect for software synthesizers.
