Q:
When I am working in the Mixer, Editor or the Unity Player I am unable to Save. Why?
 
A:
When you find this is happening, you must restart your machine and rebuild your DeskTop. Then you will be able to able to perform a Save As.
Note: To Rebuild your Desk Top you must hold down the Option and Command keys while machine is restarting. Now, wait for the prompt asking you if you want to rebuild your Desk Top and click ok. You only have to rebuild the Drive that Unity Session is on.
