Q:
Will my Sony CDRW33 or CDRW66 get track or start IDs from my CD or DAT player?
A:
If your DAT player is hooked up digitally to the CDRW33 or 66, the track IDs will be copied onto the CD, meaning the CD will contain tracks according to the IDs on the DAT. However, a CD player does not contain this information and will have to use the TRmark/Lsync option and mark tracks whenever it detects silence.
