Q:
I get "permissions errors" when I try to run the Toast 5.1.3 updater in OS X.
A:
This information applies to Toast Titanium 5.1.X on Mac OS 10.X
The Installer Vice installer that Toast uses creates a temporary folder at the root level of each mounted volume. Some users may not have permissions to all of those locations and if that is the case a permissions error will come up. If you un-mount all mounted volumes accept for the volume you are installing the update to, it is likely the errors will not occur.
