Q:
How can I get my Opcode Studio64 working with Windows 98, 98se, or ME? Are there drivers more recent than Windows 95?
A:
Here is a fix an end-user submitted to make the Windows 95 drivers work with Windows 98, 98se, and ME:
Click on START. then click on Run Type in Regedit and click OK. (Registry editor opens up the system registry) Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\VxD\VCOMM Change the setting so it reads: "StaticVxD"="*VCOMM" "Start"=hex:00 "EnablePowerManagement"=hex:00,00,00,00 This may allow the Windows 95 drivers to work in newer operating systems, however this does NOT work in Windows NT, 2000, or XP.
