Resolve this error by setting the Paging File Initial Size to 1065 or lower in Virtual Memory. 0 is the recommended value.
To set this, go to:
SystemProperties>Advanced>Performance>Settings>Advanced>Virtual Memory>Change, and select No Paging File, click Set. OK out of all the menus and reboot.
