Q:
I'm using Windows 98, 98se, or 2000 with my Event EZBus and cannot run the profile editor to send profiles to the EZBus. What's wrong?
A:
Unfortunately, the profile editor program requires the USB connection to the EZBus to support MIDI, and this is not supported in Windows 98, 98se, or 2000. You will need to upgrade to Windows ME or XP, take it to a computer with ME or XP on it and perform the upgrade there (it will stay in the EZBus memory), or possibly dust off an old unused hard drive you might have lying around and format it with one of these operating systems to do the upgrade.
