Q:
Synchro Arts Vocalign Project gives this error on installation on Windows XP: "The Synchro Arts License Service process is not running and the application cannot proceed. Please check this service is running by selecting Services from the Control Panel" but I cannot find this. Where is it?
A:
As of January 2003, there is a known problem which causes the installation error in Windows XP.
You can download a beta version of the software which should fix this problem from www.synchroarts.com
