The Motif does not come with any pedals. If you plan to get a volume or sustain pedal, a Yamaha pedal is recommended. Other pedals may work, but you should check to see if they are Yamaha compatible.

Roland sustain pedal will not work, because their polarity does not match Yamaha's specifications.
