Does Cakewalk Sonar use ASIO drivers? Can it also use MME or WDM drivers?

Yes. The newest release of Sonar 2.2 (free download for Sonar 2.0 and Sonar XL 2.0 users) has all three drivers, so it is compatable with virtually any audio card. It is recommended to use ASIO if your card supports it.
