Q:
What are Index Numbers in MasterList CD?
A:
Each track on a CD can have up to 99 markers, or locations within that track, called index points. They are numbered 1 to 99, always in sequential, consecutive order. All tracks have an index 1, which represents the start of the audio material in that track. If a track has a gap of silence before at (after the previous track ends), then index 0 represents the start of that silence gap.
