| Q:
There is no Sync Mode pop-up in the Hardware setup window. A:
This was reported in a PTIII system with a Bridge I/O. It was caused by the cards order being incorrect. The I/O card in the lowest alpha-numeric slot is considered the clock master. With the Bridge I/O in the lowest slot, the 888 on the Disk I/O was a Slave and could not be switched to Digital Sync, therefore, no Sync pop-up. Once the Disk I/O was moved to a lower slot than the Bridge I/O, the system operated normally.
