Unimplemented Trap error when launching Pro Tools (or other 3rd party DAE apps).

The user that reported this was running Pro Tools (8ch) on a Quadra 800 with an Expansion Chassis. PT was working previously in a IIfx. Turns out one of the Audio Cards did not have the R03 chip. Once this chip was upgraded, the system worked properly.
