This happens if the session start time of the session you're trying to move tracks into is later than the session start time of the file you're trying to move the tracks from.Open one of the sessions and adjust the Session Start Time so that they match. After doing the TrackTransfer, the session can be reopened and the Session Start Time changed back to its original time.
