Assertion Failed (*FLhdl) -> magic = MFM_Head_MAGIC File: mfm_inquiry.c, line:313. when exiting AudioVision.

This can happen when there are multiple bins where the first 23 characters are the same.This is fixed in AudioVision 4.1This is mentioned in the AudioVision 4.1 Release Notes.
