QuickPunch requires 2 voices on the same DSP chip per track for QuickPunch recording.PT|24 core systems provide 32 voices, so the maximum number of tracks you can QuickPunch is 16.Expanded d24 systems and MIX systems provide up to 64 voices. This takes 2 DSP chips (one chip on each of two d24 cards, or two chips on the first MIX card). These systems can QuickPunch 32 tracks, but the voices of the tracks must be split across the DSP chips (A1-16 and B1-16). Setting 32 tracks to voices A1-32 will not allow QP.
