DAE error -7157 when opening the Pitch Shift AudioSuite Plug-In.

This is a problem with the Time Compression/Pitch Shift Plug-In version 1.3.1 which shipped with Pro Tools 4.3.1. It turns out that the 7157 occurs only after creating a user-defined default setting for the Time Compression/Expansion Plug-In. Resetting this back to the factory default preset setting will make the 7157 errors go away.
