A:
Version 2.1.2 (and later) includes improved SCSI code, and should solve this problem.The MLCD 2.1.1/2.1.2 installer checks the machine type and automatically installs 2.1.1 on a non-B&W G3, but users can manually drag copy the 2.1.2 version from the CD (Digidesign/MasterList CD/MLCD 2.1.2/MasterList CD) to their drive.
