Q:
"Pro Tools has unexpectedly quit because an error Type 1 has occurred." when quitting Pro Tools or when deinstantiating a Waves Plug-In before a Pro Tools Plug-in.
A:
When quitting Pro Tools with Waveshell 2.6, de-instantiating Digidesign Plug-ins and then Waves plug-ins (e.g., L-1, Q10) allows user to close the session without getting a Type 1 error. De-instantiating L-1 first immediately causes a Type 1 error.Upgrade to Waves 2.7 or later to eliminate this problem.
