I can enter in 9 digits of resolution after the decimal point into the tempo dialog, but it only displays 2 digits past the decimal point. Is it reading the digits I entered in past the 2nd post-decimal place?
A:
Yes it is reading the extra digits past the 2nd post decimal place but it isn't displaying them.Though Pro Tools 5.0 can have a tempo resolution of up to 9 decimals, there is a current limitation that it can only display 2.Be careful not to double-click on the tempo display after entering in a more-than-2-decimal tempo. If you ok the dialog the tempo will be changed to the 2 decimal place tempo that was displayed.
