"Sadly this Plug-In is only compatible with AMII and 24|Project systems" then PT quits when launching Pro Tools LE for Digi 001.

Installation occurred on top of a prior installation of Pro Tools for AMII or 24 systems. Thus the installer left the original Plug-Ins in the DAE Folder from that installation.Trash the DAE Folder then reinstall Pro Tools LE.
