Tokyo Plug-in doesn't show up in the Pro Tools inserts window even though it is seen in the DAE Plug-ins folder.

-Tokyo plug-in only works with TDM systems.-Tokyo only shows up on a stereo aux track or stereo master fader, it won't be seen on a mono track.-the Digidesign_Stream Manager extension must be installed in the extensions folder.
