Imported audio is completely corrupted and unusable. Consequent attempts to play this audio will result in playback or corrupt and distorted audio files.
A:
Pro Tools 5.0.1 does not correctly prevent importing audio from a movie which has been compressed to a format that Pro Tools does not support importing, such as MP3. Ensure that when importing from a QuickTime movie file that it is in a format supported by Pro Tools import options.
