Can I send a sysex patch or bank dump to the Virus plugin from a file acquired from the Virus hardware version?

No. Currently Virus plugin does not receive any sysex data.The only way to send a patch from Virus hardware is to have the hardware synth's Midi out physically connected to the PT system's Midi interface Midi In, and do a Midi controller dump.
