Every time I bring up Lexiverb 2.0 in my session, Pro Tools quits unexpectedly.

This may be caused by an extension conflict.Make a duplicate of the base set ot extensions, add the required Digi, OMS, QuickDraw 3D (and USB device drivers as necessary) and reboot.
