My new Focusrite plug-ins will not instantiate on my Pro Tools 4.3x system.

The Pro Tools 5.01 version of Focusrite d3 (v 1.3.1) does not instantiate on shipping 4.3x components (Mixer, etc.).This is a known issue with Pro Tools 5.01 TDM and LE (RTAS).The work around is to install an older version of the d3 plug in.->Version 1.3 (included with PT 5.0) or older.
