Consolidate selection command is grayed out in Pro Tools after selecting regions on the timeline.

This function is dependent on the invert/duplicate audio suite plug-in as it basically performs the same function as a duplicate. Make sure the invert/duplicate plug-in is present in the plug-ins folder.
