NTSC picture is gray (Loss of Color)Color bars on launch ( init video engine ) are gray and or mis aligned. Video playbackis slow, choppy or wont play.

Genloc is not connected to the ABVB card from proper black burstsignal. Connecting the Genloc in from black burst fixes this problem. This could also be caused by a Bad Black Burst generator or cable.
